The recording said I qualified for lower rates on my credit cards. The live person said I qualified for their services on lower rates on my credit cards. Both said this was due to my great record of payments on my cards (which I do not have; this was why I investigated; I was creeped out, and especially because he had my number and name and cell phone).

To lower your interest rate on your credit card. It made it feel as if there was a credit card out there with my name that I had no knowledge about. I was worried that ID theft.
