The consumer receives live calls from a company marketing home improvement/repairs.

"This is "blank" from the home center, I spoke to you last year about home repairs..." which the consumer states is untrue.

These calls come in daily.

The number seem to alternate and it's always the same four voices on the other end.

Telemarketer introducing herself as Brenda claiming to have had a previous conversation with me about home repairs and said they were calling back “at my request”. Note; I immediately identified this as an outright lie since I rent and do not own property or a house about which to engage this conversation AND recalled a previous dead-air call from this Caller ID so I was aware they are illegally using a robo-autodialer. I asked why she was claiming to have had a conversation with me that never took place and hung up. The fact that she started the conversation with a deception geared to violate the DNC registry by claiming a prior conversation demonstrates they are intentionally telemarketing numbers fron the DNC regestry list.

They call every other day saying they're from the "home center" and that they spoke to us last year. It's a total lie and they won't stop calling after telling them not to. This is our second complaint.
