Jay has been receiving phone calls despite being on the DNC list. The calls are from someone that is marketing home improvements. They claim that they had spoken to him some time ago and that he requested a call back. He has not requested any quotes or estimates from these people. They want to have someone come to his house and remodel. They proceed to provide him nonsense. When he asks them for the name of their company, contractor license number, or any business information, they state that they cannot give out that information until the estimator arrives at his house. When he calls the number back, he is told that the number has been disconnected. CTR344
