they are annoying and rude

They called my family members telling them they needed to find me to serve papers on me. Then threatened to call my landlord.

Very pushy fast-talking rep claimed that they had sent me letters and that they were going to sue me if I didn't pay them over the phone. Couldn't even tell me the name of the card I allegedly owed them for, but he scarily had other info.

Their so-called "business" is located in Anaheim, CA and is not even licensed in my state, so they are breaking the law just by contacting me.
