Received call from this number saying it was the final notice that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Recorded call from same number it told me to call. Did not return call and added number to blocked numbers on my iPhone.

received a call that the IRS was filing action against me and please call back. I am aware that the IRS NEVER calls people - they send letters. I called the number back just to get a Kevin Marsh to tell me that he works for the IRS - I asked for his agent ID and he hung up. I hate people who try to scam like this. They deserve to be in jail. The IRS will never contact anyone by phone.
