fradulent payday loan scam

This guy calls me everyday leaving many voicemail message's saying he'll have me arrested. This illegal moron is calling from some foreign country. I have cursed this idiot out and that doesn't work either. Let's all hope that if he is in Calif, he will soon be departed!!!!!!

After reading some of the other responses, he did get cursed out a few weeks ago stating that he was going to call my co-workers about a payday loan that I KNEW I didnt have. He proceeded with a switch aka transferring me to the detective department, LMBO!!! When I told him if he called my job or cell one more time I was going to sue him and his company he replied F*$! You....this is a scam for sure. When you block one line they change up the line some kind of way...beware of scammers.

This guy called my job six times in a row and then proceeded to call my cell phone. The last time he called I told him he had the wrong number. I don't owe him or anyone else anything so I know this is a scam for sure.. Liar!

dude this man with this heavy Foreign accent is the same guy that called me just now. and these complaints are all around the same period of time. i was spooked for a minute untill i told myself i didn't do anything to get charge the 3 fraud counts he said i did. and he hung up on me too. what a no live'r. fagg. ima report or find someone or some place to report these numbers. lets take action guys!!!! this all happened in a spand of 2 weeks i think. Keep in touch with each other. i even said the mans voicemail he left when i missed his call before i called him back to see what Sensitive issues that i caused for me to be in danger.

I just got a msg too from this heavy accent saying to return their call otherwise i will loose my job ahaha so i tried calling back and it on voice mail saying cannot accept calls..lol

This guy, Kevin Peterson (can't be real name) with very heavy foreign accent called and said he represents the Jack Ryder law firm (I actually got him to spell it out before he hung up on me), then said I was being sued for non-payment on a pay day loan...I've NEVER taken out any pay day loans! I then called him back every second for the next half hour, at which time he called me a mother****** and said if I don't stop calling he was going to come over and kick my a** - funny since he's in CA and I'm in TX. I could hear more of the same calling going on in the background. Total scam artist....they really don't like being called back 50 times though! I recommend you keep calling back and flood their system with phone calls.....

very strong accent hard to understand. threatened my husband saying he was going to be charged with 3 fraud charges for not paying back an online loan. he never had a online loan. they said they contacted his job and that he would lose his job.
