threatening to have you arrested for an un paid loan.

call saying hes a lawyer and im being sued for payday loan I never took out! telling me im goin to jail im scared because these people have all my info. help!!!!!!!

I received numerous calls from this number to my cell phone and to my work number asking me to return the call or have my attorney return the call. I called the number and spoke with a David Copper that said it was regarding a legal matter and they were investigating a criminal charge against me for a payday loan that I owed to Advance Cash and that he needed my attorny's information or I needed to go to the court house to take care of this matter. I informed him that I looked the number on on-line and that it's a scam and a fraud and he told me that if I didn't want to give him the info, the matter would be pursued and he hung up on me. I called back several times and have had a hard time getting through to the number and when he answered again I did ask if he would send me a legal document through the mail requesting that I take care of a legal matter and he said that he has sent me an email. I told him that a legal document is not sent via email and that I have not taken out any payday loan with this company and that I have no outstanding debt that needs taken care of so this call was a scam, He told me to stop calling and used profanity at me.I am reporting it here for the record.
