All my unknown callers go to voice mail. I returned call with the callers ID. The phone number does not exists or has been disconnected. Scammers normally spoof a non-existent number because they don't want their criminal activity to identify them. I believe a scammer has spoofed this non-existent number to hide criminal activity.
