yoeh i've been getn calls from'em too for the past week.they said im being sued by Continental for a debt.every time i try to call'em im put on hold for a very long time.

I'VE BEEN SUED BY THESE PEOPLE ONCE BEFORE... NOW THEY HAVE ANOTHER CASE WITH ME BUT ARE ALLOWING ME TO RESOLVE IT OUT OF COURT... AS FAR AS THE LAW SUIT THEY ARE GARNISHING MY WAGES NOW FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS... IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO STOP THE GARNISHMENTS? PLEASE HELP

They called me a lot a times threatening me at work, calling me a lyer, I check them out and they are a debt collection agent Anderson and Associates , Fullerton CA 714-888-6887, they even threaten me with a warnt for my arest, heres what you can do is to contact the Attorney General in your state, Better Business, They can not call you at work , they have to go by rules them selfeves but dont' they are slam balls

said haha and now i got served today with a courtdate by a process servers office is there anything i can do do i have to go to court now i am worried if anyone has a link or knows where i can get some legal advice please i called my prepaid legal and they didnt have much to say said they would call but when they called they couldnt speak to them out of court because had already signed for service anyone know what i should do next

help please help these documents mention a writ of attachment to wages anyone know what they can get or how much or anything can anyone tell me where to find out this information

this number called my sister's hm phn and left a msg for me stating I had given my sister authorization to sign for forms on my behalf. Never have I heard of this company, nor authorized anyone , even my sister, to sign for any correspondence on my behalf. And never have I given out her home number when I have multiple numbers of contact on my own. Whn I did call the number back, it went to an ans machine with no info. seems like a scam to me.
