Same call, same message, same reference number must be fishing

7/5/2018 2:57pm ET Caller Elizabeth Williams from Huntington Be., CA. Recipient of this call is East Coast USA.....she/it leaves a voice message asking recipient to call back on 877-325-8207. Def could be an advanced AI voice. Def believe it is artificial bc even w proper inflection and tone, sounds robotic. It directly states it is calling "about your back tax debt"...and "I need to discuss your repayment or illumination options with some new changes just taken recently..." Then it instructs recipient/listener to "pls use reference #08082.... that's very helpful." Sounds courteous, convincing & innocuous. We have zero tax debt. This is dangerous phishing. Beware. Do not call back. It is phony and an attempt to defraud.
