Canadian ( Indian really ) Pharmacy has been spoofing this disconnected number for so long that it says "Potential spam " on the caller id !

Disconnected number spoofed by out of US call center to avoid being identified before we answer the scam attempt .
No longer in service. Then why did I get a call from this number?!?
