Anonymous. 12/28/2016: Exactly the same scam "arrested, DUI, needs money to pay bail. Using attorney Fischer, etc etc.
My parents received the same call regarding their grandson today, 11/29/16. The "lawyer" was identified as Charles Fisher.
Same complaint from same phone number on this day of 09/19/2016. So sick of these assholes who belong in jail.
A young man called my mother and pretended to be her grandson. He claimed that he had been to a wedding for his friend John in Gary, Indiana. A lady Ms Stewart had hit his car breaking is nose, 4 stitches on his lip, and hurt his shoulder. He was arrested and charged with a DUI. That he only had one call and was too embarrassed to call his mother. That he only had one hour to get a bond or he would be in jail for two months when hearing would happen. He needed $4000.00 bond. Eight minutes later lawyer called confirming what the other man said. He said he was able to get bond down to $1300.00. My son, her grandson was at home in Colorado.
