This place keeps calling me & everyone they can find in my family stating they are a lawyers office Al Brian Copelander/Ryan Copelander?? I'm not sure the name because the rep mumbles & is not clear when they leave a message. When they leave a message they try to say key words to make me think it is a legal matter; however a New York lawyer is not going to handle a Texas case especially when I have never even been to New York. They say things like it warrants my attention, they need a statement from me regarding the claim that is filed in my county of residence. They even call out my county, so HOORAY for them they have done their homework. I looked on the county website & nothing criminal nor civil has been filed against me so Im not sure what they want. I have not received anything in the mail or been serve papers so once I get all their info, I will file a complaint against them on the Attorney Generals site for harassing me & most importantly relatives that I do not even live with or may have spoken too in years.

I have received several calls, when I call back to tell them I am not the person they are looking for and they have the wrong #, they are very rude and they hang up. Today I filed a complaint with the fcc, And will file with the NY, BBB, Attorney General, and the NY Bar. Maybe this will put a stop to them.
Attempt to collect a NON EXSISTANT debt the BBB has given them an F rating and it is a SCAM to get you to pay something you DO NOT owe.
