A recording from a man with a foreign accent who identifies himself as Officer Garrett Foster without specifying what department he works for. He leaves a threatening message saying that if you ignore the call and he doesn't hear from you or your attorney, you'd only have yourself to blame for the troubles you'll soon be facing. On the Internet, others have reported that this is a scam by subjects impersonating IRS agents and demanding immediate payments to
prepaid debit card accounts.
