This number is a scam. I spoke to the actual company and they don't cold call anyone. If your thinking of signing up, call there number by searching google. Do not sign up with any cold calls. Scams are growing if someone calls and wants you to sign up or pay an outstanding debt from god knows what. Tell them get a life and hang up.
