Got a intercept saying Number you called 716-280-6294 in not in service. Therefore, the dirtbags on the other end are falsifying their number and are calling you from where ever and don't want you to know who they are. But they want you to pick up and be harassed for what ever reason they aren't decent enough to let you know. A lot of dirtbag scammers do this thanks to VOIP loosely created protocols. Time for Congress to enact safeguards to protect those being abused by these low life thugs.
