These guys are a collection agency posing as an attorney's office. They refuse to send documentation because they do not have supporting documentation to do so and they know it.
I recieved a call from 716-362-9154 and the call was concerning a payday loan i took out about 8 months ago. the gentleman i spoke with was very profesional and helped me get my loan that i did barrow finally taking care of, They sent me a Settlement letter first via email for my review and then post dated my payment which was $300 and thats all the collection agency took, They were actually more curtious and profesional then any other agency i have ever dealt with

I got a call from this number and caller said they have a case against me for check fraud. he gave me a case number and wouldn't tell any more info. harassed me with arrest if I don't pay. this can't be true. I asked him to send me documents in a written form and hung up.
I have been getting calls from them for the same thing and I asked them to send me some documents in written form because I have been scammed before and they said all they can do is email me something, not by mail and they need my payment today. It sounds like fraud to me.
