After I repeated said, "Hello?" an automated female voice replied, "Goodbye" and the call ended rather abruptly. I guess they decided I wasn't worth attempting to scam!

Stated that I received a subscription to six different magazines of which I could change at any time. At first they said for 24 months for 12.95 a month, then Said that i qualified for
16 Months at $49.95 finally they today said that for the ammount of $90.99 that i only had tp pay for 12 months. Insisted that I give them my credit debit card Visa information

They are scammers fishing for you to give them your personal info. Just hang up on them and block them.
