I've been getting these calls for months now - Officer Roger Gibson, Officer Steven Johnson, etc., all from BCI (Bureau of Crime Investigations) - actually from several different phone numbers - but always the same thing: numerous charges against my SSN, I owed $500, if I didn't pay within 24 hours, I would be arrested at my workplace, have to go to court and be fined $12,000 - $20,000 and lose all my property. They had my home, work and cell numbers, address, employer, SSN, bank account info, -EVERYTHING. Scared the hell out of me. I've called the Federal Trade Commission to report them, and am now calling the police. I've tried telling them that what they are doing is illegal and that I have contacted my attorney. The calls stopped for about six weeks, but just started up again. So I am calling police where I live and where i work.

Got a call today from a Steve Anderson saying i owed a finance website over $5,000. That there was bad report against my ss#. They called me back and i told him i had called the police and they was calling the lawyers and that this was a scam. He said you think this is a scam. I said yes I've talked to the police. He mumbled something about 24 hours and said goodbye and hung up!

So we'll see!!!!!!

I got a call on my cell phone from an Officer Jackie. He said that he was from the better business bureau legal resolution department. He said there are legal complaints against my social security number. I did not call back. I have been getting some of these calls from other numbers. I think this is a scam because this is not the correct number for the Better Business Bureau in Buffalo.

Another call from these idiots and why cant they just stop and why cant anyone do anything about these upsetting annoying calls....

I got the same thing for the past month! Officer roger gibson witha. Heavy accent saying I have all these complaints on my ss number! Called my job and said that if I didn't return his call I would be in a lot of trouble!
