Robo call makes vague, fake claims of pending legal action.

I received the same call with this message. I have blocked them:

We have just received a notification regarding your tax filings from the headquarters which will get expired _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ 24 working hours and once again expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local police as there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you the number to reach us is 716-543-5381 I repeat 716-543-5381 thank you…”

I received this same message today at 12:55 although it didn't start recording until the words "you will be taken....." . I have received scam messages before so was quite certain that this was a scam however it does sound legit so I can see how someone elderly might fall for this.

I just got the same message as listed above and got it from another number last week and reported it to my consumer protection division. Will be reporting this one too.
