i actually spoke with a payday loan place (checkcity) and the manager said these people are huge scam artists and have told many people the work for them just to get your information. so don't tell them anything is what she said!!!!!!!!

i've been recieving calls from this number and 716.558.7538 number....they hang up , i try to call them back and all it ever does it ring, ring, ring....i let it ring for 5 minutes. i don't know who these people are. they never leave a voicemail. i don't trust them, and don't give out any personal info!

They have also called from 256-270-4505 and 216-502-2760. They call and never tell you why they won't send official paper work to back up their harassing phone collections. Don't and have not ever owed a Payday Loan. Now they are calling from the 716-558-7548 number. Scum bags.

I get a phone call with a collection type of recording stating that they wish to resolve an issue, yada yada yada. A male voice comes on phone and starts telling me I owe money. Of course I reply, "to who". Long story when I tell them I never had a debt and cancelled check from 2006 to the company, he hung up. I call back. After ringing many times another male voice comes on and says I committed fraud. I asked nicely to tell me and then send me paperwork. He said I'd have to speak to the judge as its going to court for fraud and I owed them $542. I asked how he got my number and he said he couldn't disclose that. I said how come you don't want to resolve this and who is this law office you are doing pre-legal work for the other guy mentioned. He hung up. I've been trying to get ahold of them since. Figure if we all put up what happened on the internet that in itself will be public record. I've been calling even as I typed this and so far its rang many times being picked up and hung up immediately twice now. I'm one of these 100% dis-abled vets so I have plenty of time and plenty of friends still in. Needless to say this skirted on ADA grounds and if any type of additional harassment or worse by them is done you can bet these little bottom feeders won't be at a federal prison. Sounds like a bunch of bums that can't make an honest living finding payday loans that have been paid from years back thinking its easier for people to pay it then look through records and stand up for themselves.

They call several times to my cellphone and leave message to call back and give account # so I can call back to them before further accion. I can't answer my cellphone when I'm at work but I did one time and they hang up as soon I answer.

not sure of the caller name. but, he said I had a payday loan with National Loan and said it was my last chane to pay or I was going to be serve papers to go court .

I get calls from this number for a person who isn't me. I have spoken to representatives several times asking them to stop calling. Everyday I am called by this number at least three times a day. It needs to stop.
