no one is on the line. they call and hang up I had 3 phone calls within 45 minutes of each other. Looks like a long day of phone calls. This happens daily
calls multiple times per day
I was scammed out of $700. Told me I would go to jail from a debt owed in 2008 if I didn't pay.
Spam These people call 3to 4 times daily and say Iowe a 2003 check into cash check balance and if i dont pay they will have to take me to court dont beleive these scum bags their crooks.
These idiots just called again. They don't have a physical address and want you to give them your debit card, a card with money on it. They used the same BS as before and I taped it all. Hopefully this will be enough to have the FCC shut them down. I suckered them into a few topics and I'm sure they'll be getting some heat from it. They can't even spell the lawyers name and he knows nothing about it. I had my buddy run some of these numbers and we know where they are. Kinda bizzare that a debt taken care of in 2003 turns into a bounced check and fraud. I think we all need to turn up the heat on Check into Cash and do a civil suit. Someone they hired obviously gave up info illegally. Still waiting for an email of any type the punks were gonna send me while I was waiting on the phone recording them. Advised them also that I'm 100% dis-abled so thats the ADA thing again too. They say they aren't a collection agency that they are just "processors" for an attorney now. Also as I'm listening to the tape the original debt was $242 with penalties $842 with a bounced check of $588. So how does that work you know. Nothing they said between the two made sense and didn't collaborate. I'm gonna be in NY. They shouldn't let my limp or inhaler fool them. I'm making copies of this and sending them to the appropriate state and federal agencies. My buddies in the other agencies already have a good idea on the whole scam. Like I said we need to civil suit. Someone hired a bad employee and is creating havoc.
