She called me today. Left a voicemail stating she was from "International Couriers" and stating she had just been at my house but "no one was home." Asked me to call her back and gave a case number. Trying to intimidate. Also called my son, no idea how she got his number. We just blocked the number. I know these criminals will call again on down the road from yet another number and try to intimidate me yet again. But I can't be intimidated by them. They hope people will be frightened into calling them back, if only to cuss them out. But not me. I block their number and continue on with my life. It's sad that these people can't be prosecuted and these calls stopped. Those of us on the receiving end are just left to deal with them on our own. Here's what I do know: A legitimate lawsuit involves documentation and a written instrument stating that one is being sued, who is suing and why they are suing. It has a case number with a real court signed by a real judge. I'm no attorney but I know this much. What these people are doing is in violation of federal laws and most likely state laws as well but they have been allowed to do this kind of thing for years. The numbers and names and scenarios and accents change but they are all criminals whom the fed or someone needs to put out of commission. Why won't the state or federal AG's do more??!!!!

Called my cell phone today, I didn't answer because it said it was coming from Lancaster NY. A woman named "Garcia" said she had just been to my home address (which was in fact my parents address from when I lived their 22 years ago LOL and no one answered (which I KNOW my parents are home, they are retired) so she wasn't really there! same crap, said she was from international courier blah blah blah and would stop back by the house in another 30 minutes...blah blah blah.....SCAM!!! Just block the number and move on

She called at 12:16pm pacific time. Saying she is calling from international courier and that she is looking for me at my address she did say my correct address stating that "I when to your door at 12:10pm and nobody answered and I'm coming back over there at 12:30pm for more information call headquarters at 716-601-1223 Case #798637", I tried calling that number gives me a message that is been changed. The number she used to call me was 716-601-1213 say's this number is from Lancaster, NY.. I looked up the number and yes this is a Spam.. She also sounds like "no offense" but a hillbilly accent. Her name is Garcia
