A man with a strong accent named Matt White left a vm on my cell phone (I thought he said Main White) stating he was from American Loan and Enforcement Department. He gave my full SSN and stated this was an Estate Investigation. That this is an urgent matter and I should not ignore his call or charges would be filed aganist me. I have blocked several of these calls from coming through. They just call from another number. This has been going on now for over two months. I have even changed my cell number and they begin calling the new number. I have contacted my county District, Criminal, Civil Courts Offices plus my Local Police Station. All have informed me there are NO warrants or summons aganist me. This is something that I already knew. The local police informed me since the numbers are out of my county there was nothing that they can do. They gave me a website (ic3.gov) to file a complaint. This is ridiculous that there is absolutely nothing that we are able to do to prevent this type of harrassment.

This guy was threatening our employee and telling us to shut up.

Same thing as other reports......man with a heavy Indian accent claiming to be "Matt White" (first time I thought he said MEG White), stating that he had a lawsuit for my social security number (which he gave the ENTIRE number on my PARENTS' answering machine, not even MY phone). I keep a pretty close eye on my credit, and there are no existing, pending, etc. judgements or collection accounts let alone one matching the company he claimed he was from. I'm reporting this to the FCC.

Didnt quite get the name but he did sound Indian adn claimed to be an attorney and that someone has filed a lawsuit against me and also disclosed my social security number on my voicemail which automatically put a red flag up for me because legally, you are not allowed to disclose private information over the phone (especially on a voice message) unless you verify that you are that person.
