I agree with the call report above. The debt that is not mine, get your atty. calling my house threatening my friend saying that they are a person of interest and this is only small claims court and then they state that they don't know if i am receiving all these messages and then they call other people who have told me, this is so unprofessional as i could pretend i am the person they are seeking and get all of the details!!! Allegations and charges ??? for a credit card?? and better yet.....they never call!!!! they only call when it's july thru sept or late june.....they have been doing this with me for like 3 years!!! and they just keep selling debt all over the place. portfolio mgmt does the same thing and they are in upstate ny also...they make money as one person from CNBC told me. this is disgusting, trash behavior and the FBI or some atty general should shut this company down. First name was Dan I believe. Can't pronounce his first name.

Called to say I need to have my attorney call them because they are going to sue me for a debt that is not mine for a creditor I have never, ever had debt with.
