"Off. Shaun White" yea right!!

Got a call from a person claiming to be from IRS named Shaun White. The call went to my voice mail. His voice and message was very threatening.
"Hi, This call is from IRS, Internal Revenue Service. This message is for you. As soon as you can you receive this message, I need for you or your retained attorney of record to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My name is officer Shaun White. Hotline to my business 7167038638, I repeat 7167038638. Now, don't try to disregard this message and do return the call. If you don't return the call, and if I don't hear from your attorney either, then the only thing I can do is, wish you good luck. That situation badly unfolds on you. So give me a call back as soon as you get this message.”

I reported to FTC ftc.goc/complaint

Hi, I received a voice mail from this number, allegedly some Officer Shawn White wanted me to call him back asap as the issue is extremely sensitive. According to him, if I chose to ignore this message and either me or my attorney did not call him back, he would not be able to help me from the consequence except wish me goodluck.
Well, I'd like to wish Officer White goodluck!

Same details as above, only this time the caller identified himself at Shawn White

Caller states time sensitive and I need to contact him asap. Stated he is officer Jason miller, heavy accent in voice
