Someone called my job stating he is Mr. Russell and I am wanted in his office about an issue with my account activity. I am facing charges, but never said where his office is, nor would he give any details. He has continued to call and cannot give my Last name or my current SS#. This is harassment and something needs to be done.

I also received (3) calls today (January 20,2014) from Russell. He only left 1/2 a message and was unclear of the nature of the call. I researched the number and found that this company (APEX) is a fake. Waiting for call back to confront.
Man called wanting to verify employment of a former staff. The person answering phone at facility told she couldn't because she was a new hire and the fellow told her "that sounded like a lie" She asked for a number so that someone from HR could return the call. He wouldn't leave the number so she pulled the number from the caller ID and forwarded to me. I called and he answered without listing a business number and then said this is "Apex how can I help you" I didn't respond and shortly after a male called our number back and was very cold and down right rude asking to verify employment dates. He never asked who he was speaking with nor gave his name or number when I asked.
