This is a collection company. They call continuously, I have spoke with a Mrs. Libby regarding this account. She is rude,degrading, and will not provide any information as to what this collection is for. I asked her to provide me with a statement of dates and indentify these charges and was told they do not do that. She further stated you know you owe this money you are just stalling for time. We are talking about almost $500. I am not just going to pay anything until she can tell me what this is for. She then proceeded to tell me that when I set up the automatic withdrawl for Dell Financial I set it up wrong so the dates were giving me late fees and interest. Why in the world would I set it up this way? I am not stupid. I told her do not call me anymore if they could not provide me with the information I am requesting. Well she is not calling me anymore but I still receive calls from this company everyday, several times a day. This is harassment in my book.
