I received the same message on 4/17/17. I knew it was a scam from the start so I harassed them. I sent them a reply text to proof read their messages. I then called & told them I was going to find them and put their ass under the jail house. Don't let these phishers scare you. Tell them to call me. They started the game so they have to play.

A few days ago I got a call from this number stating that he was from the cyber crimes investigation in New York and that I had a legal complaint against my name and social security number. I ignored the call and did not call them back as I believe it to be a scam. Today I got an email from a Ricky Clarcke, but in the body of the email the name given was officer John Etchinson of the Cyber Crimes Investigation Department in New York, basically stating the same thing the voice mail said.
