These people constantly call and harass and also threaten.

When I first starting receiving the phone calls he would say he is from Jacobs and Associates and that he was calling to collect on a bad check I had wrote which I did not!! The call are still coming thru everyday on my cell and work phone at least 2 time a day and I'm sick of it and I want it to stop!!! They try a threaten me and then when he gets ready to hang up he says Good Luck and God Bless. Come on!! The calls I received today he says I have a supeona coming to my work and it will be served plus he says he has a case number.

An Investigator Nash called me regarding a payday loan that is delinquent. He was aggressive, new very little information, and accused me of fraud and theft. Says that I committed electronic theft.
