The Client Service Associate from Business Yellow Pages told us that we did not renew our business listing in the BYP and that we owed them $798 for the annual service. We told them we never signed up for this service but the CSA was adamant that we owed money. We told them not to invoice us and that we would report them to the FCC for fraudulent telemarketing. They hung up on us.
