After getting calls daily from this company and being left voicemails, I called them back and started berating them over the phone right after "hello". They asked for my phone number. I gave it to them. They said "so you're saying you don't know a Tanesha?" I said, "f*#$ no". And she said, "ok, well she musta left this as her number somewhere,... sorry for calling you sir, we'll remove your number from our list".

I won't hold my breath.

This machine has been calling my store for months, but today the machine sounded desperate "don't hang up." My number is publicly posted on my website Scam - spam.

Same thing as everyone else. They've been calling me for a few weeks now, it's a scam.

Second time getting a call from this number. first time a girl claimed she had legal papers to serve me (over the phone, no less) and it sounded like she was having a party at her house and was really obnoxious. We looked up the number given and realized it was a scam, and did not call. A number called again this evening from "Harvey wiseman and associates". It was an automated message, and the fields for who they were calling were blank, and so was the file#. No information, No papers served in person, not calling back. this is a scam.

I have had this number call my phone numerous times. Upon finally reaching some one, some young lady answered and was very rude. She than put who was supposed to be a supervisor on the line who was just as rude if not worse. I could not get a word in or any information because she was yelling and telling me I needed to pay my bills. The crazy part is the only thing she kept saying is Weisman and Harvey. What I was supposed to get from that Im not sure. I actually had to google to get the correct information and saw that they were a collection agency. I called back after being hung up on twice I wanted to know who it was and get as much information, as I could. I have contacted my lawyer and the BBB. I am currenlty looking for a contact address so I can write the coporate office. If you are in collections and trying to collect a debt there are certain things that should be stated on the call and the reps should defintley be more professional.

They call all hours of the day. The message doesn't even make sense. DO NOT call them back.

Do NOT answer the phone. These people are NUTS!!!

Received a SECOND call from this number; when I called back I spoke to a Mr. Canfield. He indicated my husband's name was on some document from a woman who is unknown to us. He wouldn't give me any information at all, insisting on speaking to him. When I asked him for the address associated with the case and phone number he hung up on me.

Caller said they had a matter that we had to resolve and we needed to call back and give them a file number. I did that and then read this page and realized it is a scam. It is a Saturday so they said they would call back on the first business day. They referred to themselves as Weisman, Harvey, & Associates when I called the 888 number back that they left on our answering service.

I was told that we BETTER call back or have our lawyers call them because of a returned item from our bank.......

Automated recording like those mentioned already, though the name the digital voice mentioned didn't sound anything like my name. I predict it was a scam, particularly after reading that other got the same message and their banks know nothing about it.

Just received an automated call to my office from this number. Recording said that they were calling regarding an item returned by our bank & provided a reference number and also a telephone number to call 888-644-5585. This is so totally bogus! Will these scammers ever stop?

Caller left message on voicemail and said better get a lawyer because there was an item returned from your bank. Called bank and it was a fraud! Caller had our name and address from New york!

Claiming there's return items from my bank that i didnt purchase. My bank hasn't rejected anything, SCAM!!!
