I think this is a debt collector called Afni. Or at least that’s what I discovered when I found the number on http://lookup.do-not-call-complaints.com. These guys called me while I was on my way to work, so didn’t answer. Then they called the next night. They’re calling for somebody named Celia, and I don’t even know anybody by that name. Geez!
