Medical response alert device you wear and press for help. Endorsed by AARP, Red Cross, and others; couldn't tell if it was UL approved; said would work on 1250 sq ft range - and 1/4 mile (they are not the same). Works without any power connects to phone but also works when phones are out(?). They dropped the line after 20 minutes when I asked for UL certification of equipment and call response center.
