William Harvey and Associates. They claim to be a collection agency on behalf of Advance America Payday Loans. I didn't discover they were a scam until they had taken $507.90 from my account. I thought they were legitimate because they had so much of my personal information. Now they don't answer the phone and Advance America says they aren't a debt collection agency collecting on their behalf. What have our people become?
