Trying to get me to switch utility providers... Been going on for months. repeatedly asked them to stop.

This is from a company called LiveVoice, which is trying to get me to switch my electric service. They call constantly, despite me REPEATEDLY telling them to stop calling me. I have asked them to stop n 3/15, 3/21, 3/29, 4/1, 4/6 and now again on 4/9. I am on the Do Not Call List. they also send tons of junk mail mailings to my home. I want this to stop, and for them to be fined.

Client Retention has been calling the consumer for three weeks now. The consumer is not a customer Duquesne Power. The consumer calls 717/547/5731 back and it’s always about saving money with her electric bill. Often the callers hang up when she makes a DNC request. Sometimes that callers agree to the DNC request.

Upon answering (or not), same initial recorded message states that the call is pertaining to your electric bill, mentions government program and Duquesne Light. In the past when I've received dozens of these calls, I've asked if they represent Duquesne Light, and they said "No."

not sure, but sounds like "Electric Alternative."
