I have been getting live calls from people offering me to lower rates on my light (electricity) bills for a special program. I asked them to stop calling me because I do not want that service and asked them to please remove me from their list but they continue to call. The numbers from which they have been calling me from are (484) 550-7919 and (717) 547-5731. I am on the DNCL .
