A discount on my electric bill:

"Hello. This is pertaining to your current electric bill. Due to a recent state government deregulation, you are now eligible to receive a discount on your electric bill. Press 5 to be transferred to a representative to find out which discount you are eligible for. Press 5 to be transferred to one of our friendly representatives."

My answering machine can also record phone calls, and I was able to record the whole thing.

The three "other calls" listed below were previously reported to the FCC.
