This is from the HGTV sweepstakes. It does not matter whether you check the box allowing them to call you or not, HGTV sells your information to them regardless, so you will get a phone call. Both companies, Quicken Loans and HGTV, are complete scams. You cannot even complain to HGTV because they will only insist you checked the box. Complete waste of time and scam artists, which explains all the latest scandals regarding their TV shows.
