Literally just a half hour or so after I got a hangup call from 717-999-0458 this one came in. Same caller ID: "HARRISBURG PA" (notice the space in the middle? That's generally a red flag!) and the only difference was the last 3 digits (suggesting working their way through #s not in service). This time, picked up & hung up immediately.
