I got a call and gve a call back number no one picks up.

Several voicemails over the past 2 weeks on my cell phone, which is in the Do Not Call Registry. Message: please call the "Business Office," which is never identified. They have my name because they address me with a prerecorded and mispronounced version of my name. They leave a long account # and tell you to call between M-F 11-8. So I called on a Sat to see what *their* voicemail said. Same generic thing: Business Office.
