Received phone call from a P Curley. A female caller from a NY Chimney Company stated it's a new mandate for a licensed worker to clean out the chimney on the roof due to recent carbon monoxide leaks. Been living here for years never had such a service done. Also, if it is legit send an official notice in the mail. Lastly, if it were such a mandate, it would be all over the news, which it is not. Total scam.
