Original call was voicemail left by Jack Dubro (spelling), who had a Russian accent. Said was calling from the legal affairs department of U S Treasury and the wording was about what is detailed in the other call reports about this number. I called back partially because the message was scary and partially because it irks me that I am being called when I am on the No Call List. A woman with a Caribbean accent (can't remember her name) told me my name and took a few moments doing something. Then she asked if I had received the form 503 they sent detailing my back taxes. I laughingly said that they wouldn't sent me anything since my taxes are all paid up. She said for me to perform an anatomically impossible act and "DIE 'B'." Then she slammed down the phone.
