Called to tell me that my social security no. Was being used illegally

It left a voicemail that picked up in the middle of a sentence so I don't know who they were pretending to be. The message said that they will proceed with "seizure of my assets" if I don't call them back and settle the matter. It sounded similar to the "local
police are coming to take you under custody" IRS calls.
