Called me today with recording saying a case had been filed against me and to call back. They called 3 tines today. I called back and said take me off your calling list. They said ok and hung up.

I have a lawsuit against me form the IRS. Another BS scam for BS-ers that have nothing better to do with their lives.

Repeatable called my parents house where I have not lived in 20+ years stating they were from the IRS and that I had a court date to attend. I called this number back and they said they were from the IRS and that I would go to jail if I didn't immediately pay $8,000+ to them. I am reporting them to the police as should everyone else that receives a call like this.

Received two calls, did not mention my name, just that i was going to be turned over to the court if I did not return the call. I tried to return the call just to find out what it was about and the recording says, this caller is not available at this time, please leave a message.

said a law suit was filed in my name.. called and left 3 messages with in 3 min.

they called us twice today with the same recorded message but it was cut off in the beginning so no identifier such as IRS but the same thing call this number or they'll file at the county court house. our state doesn't even have "county court houses" per se so it is undoubtedly a scam

I received two recorded calls within an hour.
These people should have to serve 50 years in prison
and pay for their own meals. No pay! you get a bowl of kale.

I have gotten a call several times leaving the 718-404-9289 number to call back. At first the message was that the IRS was going to file suit against us. The last several calls state that a lawsuit is going to be filed in my name, and I should call before it goes to the county court.

They said they were the irs but said vile things to me. I said I was going to report them. I mow get a busy signal when I call.

Yes you can break them I harassed him so much he said he slept with my mom. At that point I could definitely say it was a scam

That same jackass called me from his 718-404-9289 number. The call went down the same way the others on this list did. He reads from a script. I suspected fraud so i worked him up into a heated argument to see if he would become unprofessional. He did and ended up screaming obscenities at me and told me not to call him again. My recommendation is that we all continue to call him over and over again until it drives him to want to end the scam. Turn the tables . . .

Received a call from 718-404-9289 stating there was a lawsuit of file with county and to keep it out of court call them back. FRAUD

RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER WITH A PRERECORDED MESSAGE SAYING THE IRS WAS IN THE PROCESS OF SUING ME.. O CALLED THE NUMBER AND TOLD OFF THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE . THE PERSON HAD A EAST INDIAN ACCENT. I REPORTED THIS NUMBER TO OUR LOCAL TV STATION AND THE IRS.
