Lower Credit Card Rates

It was a prerecorded message that claimed to have very important information regrading my credit card and that it was making a second attempt to reach me. I was concerned that this was a call from the fraud department of a card that I actually owned - but when I listed further the message asked if I paid high interest rates. When I pressed "1" (which is what it said I should press), I spoke to an actual person who said they were from "account management services assistance" from Orlando, Florida. When I asked if that was the legal entity's incorporated name, I was hung up on.

Discounts on credit card interest rates. I've asked them to stop calling me, and I've also redialed the number which allows you to press 2 to stop receiving the calls. But it doesn't stop.
