Received same message about being from irs and if I don't return call it will fall badly on me

Received a phone from 718-475-9095 and the caller stated "his phone number twice, then states "now don't try to disregard this message and if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney, either, then I can only wish you good luck and this situation badly falls on you. So give me a call back once you get this message. Thank you. They do not leave their name.

IRS Scam, ALEX MARSHAL had the incorrect Social number and now when I call back I get a busy signal, F-ing Idiots. I will be reporting this to the FBI and iRS. Good thing they are in Dallas for the special crimes division. You are my new pet project Alex!
