Incoming call on my cell phone from this number today. No name on the caller-ID, just the number (718-475-9208). Let it go to voice-mail. They left an (automated) voice-mail. The same message I get dozens a time each month from a variety of different caller-ID's about "... lowering your interest rate ...". The even use the same recorded out-going message with the same voice actor/actress (probably recorded years ago, maybe if from some legitimate company).

THESE PEOPLE CALL ABOUT EVERY DAY. SAME OLD SCAM. WE GOT THEM BLOCKED NOW WITH VONAGE. tHEY WILL JUST HAVE TO BOTHER SOMEONE ELSE. GOOD RIDDANCE

1/14/2016 Rachel from Cardholder Services. They use several different phone numbers: 718-475-9208, 540-277-372, 762-231-2012. Call almost daily. Best is to disable your phone ringer and your answering machine....use your cell phone for all legit calls...
