Call received Mon. 9/23/ 13 says they are calling because I take part in a reward program at one of variious named stores. Offers gift card and coupon book. Ask for name, date of birth, address, credit card nubmer and payment of 9.95 for shippment.

The caller said I am entitled to a $100 gift card but I need to pay for shipping and to do this I must give them my credit card number. This is obviously a phishing scam and I did not provide any information to them and asked to be placed on their do not call list.
