Keep calling never leaves a message

THEY CALL MY PHONE AND ASK FOR MY FIANCE. ITS ALWAYS A WOMAN AND SHE NEVER TAKES THE TIME TO ASK ME FOR HIS NUMBER. SHE JUST SAYS ITS REGARDING A PERSONAL MATTER AND HANGS UP.

Call like crazy! I finally pick up the woman asks for me, I say "who's calling" she mumbled something i again repeated "who is calling" and she then pressed me to confirm my name which I did. I asked a 3rd time for her to identify herself and where she was calling from. She ignored my request then propted me to verify the last 4 of my social. Obviously I said "absoutley not because I dont know who u are or where ur calling from" she immediatly hung up. They still call everyday.
