this number keeps calling my business and says they are somehow affiliated with the new york police department...they can be very nasty and i have had to argue with them many times.
I had a call from them as well, looking for someone who had my phone number before me. They had left a message on my machine looking for Lloyd and claimed to be NYS Police, so I called them back. They did not answer "New York Police Dept", but just "Yeah? Who dis?"
I didn't give away any info on myself, just that they had called looking for Lloyd. Immediately changed his tone, "Ohh, yes, this is detective Johnson, is Lloyd there?"
"Sir, the only Lloyd I know passed away 5 years ago."
"Well, that ain't gonna help me, now is it?" *hung up*
Police department? Yeah right.
